Her expertise spans sales strategy, marketing communications, destination development, and business intelligence. Beyond managing client relationships, she guides clients through analytics and training, maximizing the value of SYMPHONY, Tourism Economics' business intelligence platform. Her expert guidance and comprehensive training empower clients to achieve their goals effectively.

Before joining Tourism Economics, Juliet was a consultant in tourism strategy and destination development, conducting stakeholder research, data analysis, and developing organizational strategies for Destination Marketing Organizations. She began her career at the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she managed data analysis for sales and marketing strategies as the CRM & Data Strategy Manager.

Juliet is an industry leader, actively involved in the Destinations International Governance Committee, Global Leadership Committee, and serves as Co-Chair of the 30 Under 30 Alumni Council. She is a Certified Destination Management Executive by Destinations International and holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Media & Communications, specializing in Public Relations, Social Psychology, and Tourism & Hospitality Marketing.
